Over the past 10 years, there has been an explosion in experimental data obtained using high-throughput technologies, such as genomic sequencing, transcriptomics, metabolomics, and proteomics. Quantitative and single-cell data combined with mathematical modeling have been extensively applied to analyze cancer-related processes and cancer cell responses to drug treatments. The focus of this EMBO Workshop will be to gather some of the world’s best scientists working in the above-mentioned fields of cancer systems biology, bringing together scientists applying genome-scale or quantitative biology approaches. The program includes the following main subjects:
